The HARD TRUTH, (formerly ”The Launchpad Podcast”) is rooted in personal development until about 1 1/2 years ago when we ushered in the pandemic landscape that has become our ”new normal.” The podcast began to change as Jason recognized the way people communicated with one another did tool. Greg Hill is a veteran who served 3 tours in Afghanistan who transitioned into a pilot for a large commercial Canadian airline. He was fired last year for refusing to comply with mandates.
In this podcast, we discuss the manipulation of these mandates, the backlash for opposing them or even asking questions, and how that's affecting pilots' mental health both in the air and on the ground.

Greg, alongside the Canadian Covid Care Alliance, which is comprised of 500 doctors and scientists, submitted well-sourced, peer-reviewed data to the airlines stating their findings of the health risks of this new medicine.
