The HARD TRUTH, (formerly ”The Launchpad Podcast”) is rooted in personal development until about 1 1/2 years ago when we ushered in the pandemic landscape that has become our ”new normal.” The podcast began to change as Jason recognized the way people communicated with one another did tool. So he wanted to do his best to bridge the gap between both sides and share information that the mainstream sometimes suppresses. In #Ontario, #passports have become optional for commercially owned businesses, unfortunately, that's not the same for Federal employees. In fact, many people had no idea, including me, that these #mandates were affecting "our feet on the street" the men and women of the mail force.
Inside I talk with Josy from Posties 4 Freedom, a group to support the mail service industry and those affected by mandates. Topics include her speech @ The Freedom Convoy, the failure of their unions to protect them, there are 4!

This is an interesting podcast with Rob Gauthier, "The E.T Whisperer." He's a channeler, who channeled more than 250 E.T's in the Astral. Rob and I discuss higher densities, and ask questions like, what's our soul and where does it go. What do the Astral entities "out there" think about how we're treating one another, down here, and what someone you love might look like in the afterlife.

Chris Scott is the owner of The Whistle Stop Cafe in Alberta. Like many in this freedom fight, he became increasingly frustrated with the crushing mandates of the Canadian Government. This pushed him into defiance, speaking out against mandates, and making the trek to Ottawa as a proud member of the Canadian Freedom Convoy.
Inside we cover his transition from a business owner to a freedom fighter. The trip to Ottawa, his stay in Ottawa, and some of the heartwarming stories since he's been here. We also discuss the police/protester relationship, the most recent state of emergency called by Jim Watson, and the increased amount of police presence at the peaceful protest.

This podcast features former covid nurse, Carla, who was fired for refusing mandates. She literally volunteered to work the covid unit of her hospital when covid first hit and throughout the pandemic, with no vaccine. When vaccines became available, she declined, and in doing so, was ultimately fired when the mandates came down.
Carla shares what it feels like to go from being a celebrated member of the pandemic, a hero, to a zero. The conversations behind closed doors in regards to doctors and treatments that would lessen the symptoms/severity of covid, and the reality of people dying alone, saying goodbye through "zoom" or having to choose between loved ones when it came to who they could have by their bedside.
Carla is a caring, loving person, and to think a hospital would let someone like her go is an incredible loss to the health care system. It scares me to think how many other wonderful people that industry has lost, for absolutely nothing.

Greg Hill is a veteran who served 3 tours in Afghanistan who transitioned into a pilot for a large commercial Canadian airline. He was fired last year for refusing to comply with mandates.
In this podcast, we discuss the manipulation of these mandates, the backlash for opposing them or even asking questions, and how that's affecting pilots' mental health both in the air and on the ground.
